Dropbox won't install (Windows)?

I'm trying to install Dropbox on one of the machines and I get an error:
"Failed to install Dropbox Update. Error: 0x80010106."
Tried fullinstaller, online installer of different versions - no difference.
What could be the reason for this misunderstanding? Windows is fresh, accounting, I really don’t want to reinstall it.
Help won't open by mistake. support is not responding, google gives some kind of incoherent crap.
I'm posting a screenshot.
