We are doing a team project using these two services, but the folder with the hierarchy shared by me, let's say dropbox/WebServer/html/site.ru, is synchronized on another computer in dropbox/site.ru

How to implement synchronization with hierarchy preservation?

If using linux you can use symbolic links

the only option is to fumble the parent folder
for at least half a year, we have not found another option to maintain the full hierarchy
