Good afternoon!
Tell me if it's possible to set up Dropbox on the server from the console, I want to make backups on it, and is this a good idea in general? safe?

I would never roll out my backups to third-party services. Yes, and even with such a license agreement.

Yes, you can.
Initially thought to use dropbox, but then came to Crashplan.
For backup, that's it.

If for a loved one, then maybe.
If for an organization, then in my opinion there should be a slightly different approach. And the most “safe” is to send the server to a colocation to a remote data center.
