Driver_power_state_failure BSOD 0x0000009f - what could be the problem?

Good afternoon. I work with laptop Asus k56cb. I decided to change Windows from 8 to 10. At the time of installation, when you need to reboot, the laptop just freezes and after a while issues driver_power_state_failure. The dump cannot be attached because it is not being created (it is not known why). The problem recurs when restarting/shutdown the laptop.
- bios is fresh
- drivers are up to date
- screen goes blank, but laptop activity indicator remains green
- power settings are set to disable fast startup
