Drive name in Ubuntu?

Tell me, does the naming of disks in Ubuntu depend on which sata I connected the disk to? That is, if I connect a second disk to sata 4, will it be called /dev/sdb or /dev/sdd?

hard drives are named /dev/sd* a, b, c, d, and so on,
and the partitions on these drives are /dev/sda* 1, 2, 3, and so on.

Devices in /dev are created by the udev daemon, so you will need to smoke udev mana and write the necessary rule in /etc/udev/rules.d
but you probably need a UUID look at it
