DRAM voltage: auto or fixed value?

Hello. Overclocked RAM under Ryzen 1600x to 3200 Mhz (16/18/18/36). DRAM voltage first set 1.360v as recommended by users on a foreign forum with the same hardware as mine, but the problem is that the computer does not start the first time, but the system is stable. I put it on auto and started up 5 times without problems. Is it dangerous to leave on auto? What's better?

auto sets the voltage to the level entered by the manufacturer in the Serial Presence Detect - a special mikrukha of flash memory that is installed on each memory bar and contains the necessary parameters for a particular memory bar.
for several different bars, the optimal one is taken, that is, the smallest value.
those. this auto is the best voltage mode.
