Drag and drop framework for java?

Good afternoon!
You need to implement a visual constructor in java. Similar to MatLab. Those. there is a library from where we drag objects to the work surface, where they can be connected / modified. Plus functions of import/export of the current project.
Most likely, I want too much from the Framework, maybe there are examples of open source projects where you can look at the implementation of such functionality?
I'm trying to implement from scratch in JavaFX, but the feeling that someone should have already implemented it does not leave.

Something I do not see the connection with the Drag & Drop technology.

Maybe it would be more correct to call such a thing WYSIWYG?
