Dr. Web or MSE?

Actually, the question arose which is better: the latest version of Dr. Web, or wired as standard in Windows Microsoft Security Essentials (in the new versions of the "defender")?

What does "better" mean? Cheaper - sewn, definitely :-)

the installed antivirus will not provide 100% protection, therefore it is necessary to periodically check with other utilities
and drweb is better than MSE

Definitely DrWeb. But, as other commentators absolutely rightly noted, no one can guarantee 100% protection. The simplest thing that can increase the level of anti-virus protection is to work under a limited account, install security plugins in the browser (for example, adblock + WOT), regularly scan the system with a scanner from another vendor (for example, malwarebytes antimalware + adwcleaner). And, of course, do not run anything on the Internet))
