Doxygen documentation translation?

There is a large project (100 mb+ sources) written in C++ .
With the help of Doxygen , documentation in RTF is generated for it. The question is, how can it be translated into Russian?
There was an idea to simply replace English comments with Russian ones, but here a problem arises:
for translation

// comment
// next_comment

It is necessary to combine these two lines into one - translate - and return everything to its place. Why in your place? Since Doxygen has a large number of patterns for comments:
// comment_1
/// comment_2
/// comment_2
// comment_1
//

and many more other cases. Regulars are tormented to achieve 100% recovery.
And here's the question, has anyone come across the translation of an auto-generated dock?
