Hello, I did not find a working solution, maybe I'm dripping in the wrong place.

The situation is this,
1) there is a domain that is being released (that is, not available at the moment)
2) there is an IP on which the site and content are still available (having registered ip and domain in the host - the site opens),
Question: is it possible to match IP + download the domain of the site completely, how to solve such a problem?
