I'm trying to download the Android SDK, but it doesn't work and the download always fails. On the Internet it was written that you need to download it yourself, but I still did not figure out how.

It looks like something is wrong with your internet connection.

1. Check settings: iptables, AppArmor, SELinux
   
2. Look in the systemd logs, there is probably nothing there, but suddenly.
   
3. Change DNS server.
   
4. Check the internet wiring and network card of the PC.
   
5. If all this does not help, call the provider.
