Douglas Crockford or Flanagan D for learning JavaScript?
Good day, tell me, if I'm not new to programming, but I need to deal with javaScript in a more or less short time, is it possible to use the Good Sides book instead of Flanagan's book? it just seems to me that he has a lot of water there, or am I wrong? and is Crockford's guide to pure javaScript complete? thanks in advance.

It all depends on what you mean by "understand". I would recommend reading the textbook by Ilya Kantor, most likely this will be enough.
