Double VPN, openVPN, How to set it up correctly?

If I come across instructions, they are already outdated and the setup process is different. Tried both Ubuntu and Cent. It's just that I can raise OpenVPN, but with Double, my hands just drop. I mean a bunch: Client -------- VPN1 ------- VPN2 -------- Internet.

On the client, configure vpn connection to server1, on server1 vpn connection to server2 and forward packets with routing or NAT. In fact, the last link does not even need to be wrapped in a vpn - you can simply forward the traffic with masquerading on the second server.
