Are there web GUIs for managing OpenVPN?

Good day to all.
I have a CentOS server running OpenVPN.
I also want to install some kind of tool that would allow me to create certificates through the Web interface, revoke them, and perform other management.
Now I found an option in the form of a subscription PriTunl, Webmine, and a paid GUI from OpenVPN themselves (I haven’t seen it in my eyes, but there are rumors :))
Actually, the question is, how do you solve this issue?

Hello, we are making such a solution, SpaceV.net , there will be support for the 3 most popular protocols WireGuard, IPSec and OpenVPN at once. While the service is in Beta, everything will be free.
