Dotted svg line animation, perhaps?

Faced an interesting problem, is it possible to make the animation of this line from start to finish?
I looked for solutions, there is a solution to draw one line on top of the other and the second line at the break points has the same background as the section and it turns out like a dotted line, but I have a gradient background, and what should I do?
