Hello.
There is a charitable organization. There are sponsors living outside the Russian Federation.
Task: Add to the site a payment system on the site that can accept donations from abroad. The priority is the simplicity of the donation: they entered the card number and that's it. The organization is officially registered.
For some reason, PayPal refused to create an account.
What other options are there?

Look at payoneer, it's a fact that you can bill there.
