Please tell me a normal registrar for Ukrainian domains .ua and .com.ua. And please explain the difference between these two domains, which one is better to buy?

From Ukrainian used only www.ukraine.com.ua .
There were no problems with them.

The .ua domain requires trademark registration, and it is much more expensive than the .com.ua
domain Anyone can register the .com.ua domain.
As for the registrar, I won’t tell you, I’ll tell you that the price for it is approximately the same everywhere (~ 500 hryvnia / year)

rest are either not ok, or little known. The difference between com.ua and ua has already been written.
.UA is more solid, the second-level domain, though.
