Domain name as an A-record?

Suppose there is a legal entity with several Internet channels and load balancing configured between them, while all providers provide white dynamic addresses. Let's also assume that a DynDNS client is configured and the legal entity service is available from any external channel. If you have your own domain name (in addition to that provided by DynDNS), in what ways can you organize the availability of the service by your name?

But what if you just specify several A records in the DNS, each of which will match the name and the Internet channel? (this is RR DNS balancing, if simpler) Each new client will receive a new record, if the channel is unavailable, it will try differently.
