Task: there is a one.site.ru subdomain, you need to make sure that when you go to one, a person gets to two.site.ru
How to do this redirection using .htaccess, I know. The question is different.
To do this, on my web server, I create a clone of the one site directory files, into the two folder, which results in identical files in the one and two folders, and then in the .htaccess of the "one" directory, the food redirects to the "two" directory. Am I doing it right?
Is it possible to delete all files in the one folder, leaving only one .htaccess ?

Make the same path to the root folder.
For Apache example:
=== First
DocumentRoot server /www/all.site.ru
ServerName one.site.ru
=== Second
DocumentRoot server /www/all.site.ru
ServerName two.site.ru
Both sites are one.site. ru and two.site.ru will refer to the same directory /www/all.site.ru
