DogShow.me/ is this a complete duplicate of dogshow.me?

I do not fully understand the topic of duplicates for the site about dogs dogshow.me
Region - St. Petersburg.
I check through Yandex.Webmaster Checking the server response .
f4d4157746c9442e9ebb2d6f0d7f9fab.png
Both dogshow.me/ and dogshow.me return HTTP Status Code: "200 OK" .
In this case, in the code: When opening both options in the address bar of the browser:
<link rel="canonical" href="http://dogshow.me/" />

  • in chrome and firefox opens without /
  • in ie and opera with a slash
If there is / is it a complete duplicate of the site with the address without a slash?

@llgruff

are you idiots?
I mean not a double
From the point of view of SEO, these are generally different urls, even the hash of these urls will be different.
Don't listen to these idiots.
For search engines, a difference of 1 character is definitely a new url.
If you added a slash to the url, then for good, you should also redirect to it, so that the weight of the page does not disappear.

@Moskus

It's not a "duplicate", it's the same URL, hence the same site. There are not two of them.

Absolutely monoscript address. No difference.
