Doesn't start downloading from a USB flash drive on Lenovo E320?

Hello.
I decided to reinstall the system, I haven't done it for a long time.
Created a bootable ubuntu flash drive.
At startup, I call up the menu, I click boot from the flash drive.
Then the menu simply disappears for a second and reappears, where the standard options are BIOS or boot from disk.
Mmm, it’s not like I danced with a tambourine once, but the fact that I already installed the system from a flash drive, and the software with which the bootable flash drive was created, is marked as working, verified (unetbootin).
Who faced, what ideas, considerations?
Read about UEFI. Disabled the "USB UEFI BIOS Support" option, the flash drive disappeared from the boot selection list.
Thank you!

My problem was solved by a software called "rufus". The previous one somehow crookedly created a bootable USB flash drive. Evening killed because of the clumsy softina. Issue resolved.

I also suffered (u410), I have a USB Legacy Support item on another tab in the BIOS, it was disabled by default. Turning it on helped me.

Yes, I also have something similar, I have probably tried all the combinations ... But there is no such item as you write. (
UEFI / Legacy Boot: Both, UEFI Only, Legacy Only
If Both is selected, then I get one more line where you can configure: UEFI First or Legacy First

If there is UEFI, then perhaps there is a Secure boot. I had a similar problem, disabling Secure boot helped.

Here is a menu,
bios boot screen
only instead of "Rapid" Diagnostics and Quick

Here is an off site from page 99 with all the BIOS settings and the setting for installing another system.
