Does not sign several contractors. When checking, writes the signature is not correct. Although the path tree is error-free. Tell me what to do?

The certificate "Kaluga Astral" apparently indicates OCSP - a service for online checking the status of certificates. Until this service is online/available, nothing can be signed with this certificate because it cannot check the revocation status.
Downloading the CRL to the computer does not solve anything - it is the online checker that should work.
