Doesn't open the settings tab for switching the language?

Hello everyone, I installed Linux Mint 19 (linuxmint-19-cinnamon-64bit-v2), the flight is normal and literally for about two days the languages by the combination Ctrl (left) + Shift (left) stopped switching languages. I go to the keyboard settings - I go to the third tab (layouts) I click on the options button (bottom right) and the KEYBOARD window completely closes?????.
How to win, the system is updated, I did not find such a problem in Google. You have to switch with the mouse, which is very annoying!
