Linux Mint 17 sometimes won't start. How to fix it?

Good evening!
There are two HDDs. On one Linux Mint 17 on the other Windows 8.
When the PC is turned on, the grub menu is displayed, I select Linux Mint 17 and sometimes this message appears (See screenshot.), Windows 8 starts, but if you boot from recovery mode, then starts, to fix the problem you have to reinstall grub from the Live CD, after that everything starts until such a problem appears again ... Tell me, is it possible to fix this problem completely?

@rostel

"Unable to mount root fs"
most likely after kernel updates and grub reconfiguration from the inside of Mint,
show what is in /boot/grub/grub.cfg
and blkid exhaust
