Does Zimbra have a collaboration tool?

Good day, colleagues.
Enlighten plz.
Everywhere they advertise the Zimbra mail server as a free replacement for MS Exchange and talk about the possibility of teamwork.
I put on a zimbra, climbed in to look - and there, apart from mail, there is nothing specifically for collective work.
You can not set tasks for other users, as in MS Exchange (tasks only for yourself and then some kind of scanty).
The briefcase is inconvenient, the zimbra disk does not work yet (it has not been configured), the chat is only inside the browser window.
In general, I'm disappointed.
Tell me, is there something for teamwork in Zimbra? Maybe this is implemented by some kind of zimlets?

There are calendars, including joint ones. There are events. There are tasks and they can be assigned to other users. There are resources. For example, we had the resources "meeting room" and "projector". Employees applied for resource ownership at a certain time, the resource owner satisfied it, and the rest of the employees saw the resource's employment calendar. And there are also joint address books.
This is what is available out of the box. There are also a bunch of plugins with additional goodies.

While climbing the toaster, I partially found the answer to part of the question in terms of general tasks.
How to make joint tasks in ZIMBRA?
Plz tell me what other chips for teamwork are in the zimbra.
Can it work with a chat room via Jabber (XMPP) for example?
