Does the user agreement allow you to play youtube video clips on plasmas in public places? For example, can a restaurant run a video clip from youtube on its plasmas? Can you give a link to the restrictions or where it is indicated that this is possible?

No way .... A good reason to give young bands the opportunity to "electronically perform" in front of your audience .... Like a free promotion, and advertising for them ....
