Does your workplace care about the health of employees?

Colleagues, good day!

Does your company / office / workplace care about the health of employees? It is very interesting to learn about those measures (not only from the IT area) that are implemented in other places. It would be interesting to hear also about some solutions / tips that you practice for yourself personally.

For myself, I personally invest in the concept of “health care for employees” - an ergonomic place (an expensive chair with rolling functions, not brittle / creaky), a wide and long table with height adjustment without crossbars in the legs), large monitors on brackets, so as not to lean towards the monitor, normal air conditioning system with fresh air supply.
There is no such thing: the tables are wretched Defoe, the chairs are also flimsy shit, the air conditioner is an ordinary split system in which I don’t remember changing filters in front of me.

It all starts with the document "TYPICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR LABOR SAFETY WHEN WORKING ON A PERSONAL COMPUTER". And it also ends with them. :(

It would be especially interesting to know what the indicators are in square meters per person, since in today's fashionable open spaces it is necessary to compact to the maximum, and plus, few people see daylight.
San norm is 4 sq m per employee, but this is the minimum, in reality, even if this is observed, then 40 workers packed in 200 sq m of open space will be uncomfortable, as few hoods will pull their own exhaust and draw in fresh air. This is also 40 computers in the same place, usually more, especially in IT. Conventional splits can only regulate the temperature. Central ventilation also fails in open spaces, at least everywhere I've been. This leads to strange situations where smokers have a healthier complexion, as they go out to ventilated places more often.
Well, that is - lunches, medical insurance, discounts on subscriptions to gyms or your exercise equipment with swimming pools are now almost the norm everywhere, and normal air and light - almost nowhere.

The electrics are working, there is a first aid kit.
You can choose VHI or fitness for free.
I signed up for fitness for myself a long time ago.

Gym (I haven’t been in it personally), a mini-football field, a tennis court, a table tennis table (I played, I play), bike parking, skiing in the winter in the forest and clean forest air all year round.

International medical insurance, weekly optional yoga classes, gymnastics on the beach. Chairs, tables, monitors are ordinary.

Health care for employees is when the employer provides employees with everything they need: an ergonomic place (a wide and long table, a chair with height adjustment), an air conditioning system, blinds on the windows, a powerful PC. It is clean if only the workplace is meant. There may also be a tennis hall / table, etc.
Well, we don't have any of that . There are 6+ people in the 4x6 room. Tables of the times of the USSR. They even bought blinds with their hard-earned money ...
