Does your computer make strange noises when using JetBreans programs?

When working with PhpStorm or Pycharm programs, the computer starts making a strange sound every 30-45 seconds, as if something is rubbing against something or the hard drive is fastening. During normal operation, this does not happen. What could it be ???

There was a similar situation when working with PyCharm on a Dell inspiron 7577 laptop . A
creaking sound was made in the SSD area.
A pattern was noticed that the sound was heard in the process of reading and writing, as well as in the process of scrolling in the software.
The issue was resolved by installing PyCharm later version 2020.2 edition July,
prior to that was version 2020.3 edition December.
On the developer's site in the "Download" section there is a subsection "Other Versions" (other versions).
If it works on windows, then download the installer,
if on the limux distribution, then download the executable file and run it with the command:
$ sh pycharm-community-2020.2.1/bin/pycharm.sh
