I know that for indexing it is good that pictures and videos are unique. Can I re-upload what is on Instagram to the site? Wouldn't it be calculated that the pictures are not unique? Or maybe delete them from Instagram first? Then how long do you have to wait? In general, what should be done in such a situation? Thank you!

Not posts are indexed, but the Instagram page itself. So it won't have any effect.
The posts themselves (description and photo) are indexed by search engines not from instagram, but from all browser sites of instagram content (picclick, picuki, etc.). Again, this will not affect the uniqueness of your site content in any way.
