Does Yandex have problems with mail on domains or with the support service?

Yandex.Mail for domain

I need to take control of my Yandex Mail domain, which is currently managed by another Yandex account. I follow all Yandex instructions, but I don’t get a result... I
fill out the feedback form in the Yandex Help section:

A letter arrives with the conditions that I fulfill and notify the Yandex support service in a response letter, as indicated in the incoming one.
And that's it! Third day no response and nothing happens.
Why? And is it worth the wait?
