Does Wordpress have a built-in cache and how to disable it?

Hello!
Faced such a problem. Wordpress site. Add. plugins 2: rus-to-lat and advanced custom fields.
I am creating a new entry. I save. I go to the admin panel in the record, it is not there. I press CTRl + F5 appears. The same trouble with pages and with everything. What it is?

No. This is your browser.
But already the browser can cache for several reasons - it can be both a condition in htaccess on the hosting, and hosting settings ... Or maybe your browser is all in plugins and add-ons)))
In general, what version, which ones were before this day plugins, is the update disabled? Constantly come across clients with disabled auto-update of the engine))) Up to the version of 2014)))
