Does windows need a tablet for development?
There is an idea to buy a Windows tablet with a keyboard, you can carry it to work, but the question is, is 2 gigabytes of RAM enough for a browser and the same phpstorm? Photoshop even run on such things?
If anyone has any of these, please share your experience, thanks!

but the question is, is 2 gigabytes of RAM enough for a browser and the same phpstorm?Well , for the normal operation of the browser, 6 gigs out of two will be enough , and divide the rest between phpstorm and photoshop.
Windows itself will gobble up half a gigabyte. Not enough, of course. Is it possible to abandon the IDE in favor of text editors (Sublime Text)
Do not mock yourself like that ... Choose something better. Look towards the laptop at least.
For a long time (and even now, periodically) I wrote server and cli applications in php exclusively in the Far Commander text editor with a set of thematic plugins.
Therefore, it all depends on your development environment.
ps there is a solution, not bad and universal, to connect the terminal to a working powerful machine (mstsc in windows works objectively well on slow connections, but pings are critical if you like the responsiveness of the interface)
