Hello, this is a continuation of this question. As it turns out, the problem was not only in the power settings. The problem persists, and I also noticed that the wireless mouse does not work well (bad signal) (it used to work well). What else can be done?

If the case of the laptop is metal (and this is almost always the case on decent expensive devices), then there is nothing surprising. After all, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas are isolated from space and cease to normally emit and receive radio signals. It can break a little through the gap between the cover and the case, but the communication range will be very small.
This effect can even appear on plastic cases, since, as a rule, they are metallized on the inside.
