Does Upwork allow multiple accounts (personal and employee)?
Very often I see that in different outsourcing companies they create accounts for developers in Upwork, only now they are no longer controlled by the developers themselves, or the accounts are created for corporate emails. If a person decides to quit, it is very doubtful that he will then have access to the account and, accordingly, to his hyped reputation with history. What happens if such a person tries to register on Upwork already from his email? Should companies be allowed to create such accounts, or is it better to create your own in advance and ask them to use it in case of need? If anyone has been in this situation, can you share your experience?

Any account belongs to an employee, not a single account belongs to the company, you can change your password and email at any time, including through support, any retention of other people's accounts is a violation of the upwork rules.
Two accounts is a lifetime ban.
I'm pretty sure this is a violation of their ToS. But it's better to ask it directly to Upwork. I would not work in a place where they do not allow you to work from your account.
There are agencies for this at UpWork.
The same cases fall under the eternal ban. Be careful with this.
