Does Twitter even have a live support team?
Two weeks ago, my account was blocked without trial and investigation, all tweets were deleted. No one answers requests to the support service (according to multilingual help).

They, like Google, have a support service (https://support.twitter.com/), but they receive so many requests every day that they simply cannot cope with so many requests that they either freeze (they hide the mention of where to write ), or stupidly physically unable to answer
There is definitely support. I was answered by a live person on my question within two days.
If you speak English, then try calling them at (415) 222-9670
Then you can select an operator by pressing 0 in tone mode.
I sent them in Russian to ***, they apologized in English and turned on my account. I didn't break any rules :)
