Does the WX-DC2412 require cooling?

I replaced the PSU in the computer (home server) with "12V 8A 100W AC-DC switching power supply", the processor consumes max 45W (i7-3770T).
Checked: The whole system at rest consumes 35W, and at 100% CPU it reaches 70W.
Unfortunately, there is no thermometer to measure the temperature on the radiators, but I think 50-60 degrees.

Indirectly, you can check with your finger, load the server and after 10 minutes touch the big radiator, if it burns unbearably - you have to set it, if you can put your finger on it and endure it, then it will do.
