I watch and observe all these projects, they belong to the same owner, the sites are all made by analogy, the content is not unique, only toponyms (city names) and contact details (telephone, address, etc.) are substituted, all addresses are fake, the nearest hospitals or just on the address ball.

1) How to evaluate the traffic of a domain + its subdomains, at least approximately?
2) Are there any chances of success in collecting traffic with such a "vacuum cleaner" in other niches?

1. Geographical subdomains - this is the only way to automatically make the site multiple regional binding (each subdomain will be assigned its own region). Without this, "geo-dependent" requests in the issuance cannot be promoted.
2. The PS has some love for site aggregators - they appear in the search results more often than the sites from which they collect information.
A large aggregator is easier to build on subdomains.
