Does the script move by file mask?

I met in the Hacker magazine in the FAQ section, a script (.batnik) moving files by mask to different folders. Well, something like a quick cleanup in the Dowloads folder. To .mp3, wav in one folder, .avi, mp4 in another, etc. In some issue from December to March, in which issue of the magazine I do not remember. And download all the magazines, burn the traffic. Maybe someone remembers met? Or is there a similar script helper? P.S. Googled it, didn't find anything. Thanks in advance.

FORFILES /C "cmd /c mkdir @ext&move @file @ext"
Just check first, but I think its behavior is quite difficult to predict if there is already a file with a name that matches the directory being created.
