Does the proxy access window pop up all the time?

For some time now, it has become necessary to access the Internet through a proxy, so I made the settings (see screenshot )
when I try to enter the browser, it requires a password and I enter the login, I press "ok" the window goes away and pops up again in a second and so the password and login are endless, but the window is just does not close and does not give access to the proxy. Browser Opera Windows 10.

Either the login and password are wrong, or the format is wrong - if there is a domain, for example, the login format can have different options.
