Does the PC take a long time to boot up and the hard drive does not work?
I have Windows on ssd, usually it turns on in 24 seconds, but recently it sometimes takes a long time to load. Slows down on the loaded screen, and approximately loads about 2 minutes. After the whole boot - the hard drive does not work. Through the device manager it is written that an unknown device, and sometimes does not see it. But when I remove the cables from the disk, and reconnect it, it works.
Suspicion of the power supply, because the PC does not turn on after sleep mode, or restart the PC

See what R.tester says about the hard drive: https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
The program is designed just for diagnostics in incomprehensible situations with drives. Start by looking at SMART, you can do automatic diagnostics.
If, according to the results, something is not very good, then before continuing (running tests, etc.), copy all important data from the HDD to a known good medium. From the description, it can be assumed that the hard drive is failing and it is not clear how long it will last.
