There is a website - https://eco-drev.by/ . It has a chat from Bitrix, which uses a global script for the chat, but when you click on the chat popup itself, or when it is closed with a cross, the page scroll is reset and the page is redirected to the beginning.
As I understand it, the Bitrix script itself does this, but how can you get around this problem and write a hack so that the page remains in place, both when you click on the popup itself, and when you click on the cross?
