Does the Nvidia video codec SDK support gforce series graphics cards?
The question is the following. There is an Nvidia video codec SDK library for GPU hardware video encoding. The site says that the supported GPU lineup mainly refers to professional graphics cards and Tesla-based chips, which cost a lot. On the Internet, there is fragmentary information that theoretically this SDK works on regular gaming video cards with CUDA support. Is it possible to try out this library on a regular video card? Maybe there is an SDK version for working with budget cards? Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything on the Nvidia website. Thank you.

I don’t know how with this SDK, but for example, Media Coder on my GeForce GTX 670 normally presses using video. But, there is a big but, the bitrate needs to be overestimated in comparison with the compression on the CPU, otherwise it turns out soap, it blurs too much. Again, it is not able to work in 2-pass mode. So I continue to press on the CPU, it turns out both in terms of volume and excellent quality, with the same bitrate, the video outputs something unrealistic for further viewing.
Used both nVidia card and Intel quick sync video.
