Does the mobile version of the site look terrible on Honor 9?

Good afternoon.
The mobile version of the site is displayed normally in the inspector and on the phone (iphone 5 - 8), but on the Honor 9 it looks just awful.
Has anyone encountered this? Where can I emulate Honor 9 online for mobile development?

The paid version has the ability to emulate different versions of android and different browsers on them.
Alternatively, some kind of traffic saving mode can be enabled in the browser
