Does the mobile site jump on some devices?

The site https://pro100doki.com/ when opened from the phone, "jumps" up / down when scrolling.
The layout is rubber.
For the first time I saw that the site was “jumping” in the webvisor, but I thought it was a glitch of the webvisor itself, but site visitors began to complain ..
Unfortunately, I don’t know on which devices and browsers the site “jumps”, I checked it myself through Sony, iPhone 5s and iPhone 7 - everything works fine.
What could be the reason and how to solve it?

As far as I know, in the webvisor it shows from which device a person comes in, which operating system, country, etc. You can see where these glitches occur
