Such a situation has arisen. Hoster blocked the site for non-payment.
And when you go to the site, a hoster stub is displayed with the text "Pay for hosting".
And everything would be fine, but the metric that is on the site continues to count users! Why?

The hoster probably also has a metric on the blocking page.
Then everything is very simple - the metric receives visits to your site, writes statistics, you see it.
