How to send a letter using Yandex mail in C#?

Hello! A letter is not sent using Yandex mail in C #. I tried many ways already, but nothing helped. With the help of other services everything is fine. Please give somebody the settings for normal sending. Thanks in advance!

You need to enable "mailers" in your account settings
