Does the laptop slow down under light load?
the essence is this, I bought a laptop last spring, just a couple of months ago I started to slow down, I noticed a lack of RAM (it was 8 gigs), and the hard drive was almost completely constantly loaded.
I bought an additional 4 gigabytes of RAM, installed a ssd, but there is no infection ... it still slows down .. the percentage is
loaded by 40-50%, the RAM is used 50-60%, ssd is almost never used 0-2%, well, the built-in video card 5- ten%.
I reinstalled windu as soon as I installed ssd.
I do n’t understand what the problem
is
... it starts to slow down when opening applications, copying files and other garbage, the percentage jumps up to 60-70%. what to do with this laptop
ps cleaned the system

According to your description, solving a problem is like treating a photograph.
There are at least boot logs:
- systems;
- RAM;
- processor;
- if the system was reinstalled, then which drivers, Windows or from the office. site;
- what programs and anti-virus solutions.
Well, then you can already see what's with the system
Disable the Windows Update service for a while, then enable it again when necessary, or install the LTSB (LTSC) version, you will feel the difference in speed
there is an option that the processor is dying, as it used to work on 2 1920x1080 monitors, and the laptop was just like a system unit. Now he moved and had to leave the monitors ..
UPD: he freaked out and turned off the antivirus completely, like Windows works faster but not much
