Does the laptop hang tightly after connecting to a wifi network?

3 months after the upgrade to win 8 everything worked fine.
On a local area network and now works apprx.
With the wifi module enabled and without connecting to any wireless network, everything is OK.
When connected to wifi networks, the laptop stops responding after a minute, there is no bsod.
Broadcom adapter bcm943225hm.
Worth windows 8 x64 pro upgrade with win7, there is nothing in the system logs, except that the system crashed.
I've already tried to change drivers, and installed native broadcom ones signed by Microsoft.
So far nothing has helped. How to find the problem?

1) try another wireless card (usb or pcmcia)
2) try another OS (e.g. mirror.yandex.ru/ubuntu-cdimage/lubuntu/releases/12.10/release/lubuntu-12.10-desktop-i386.iso )
