Does the high accuracy of position, scale, objects in Unity have a strong impact on performance?

When modeling in Blender, I often try not to allow edge sizes with more than 2 decimal places, because there are a lot of objects in the project, and edges even more so. Is it really worth it to do this? Perhaps the difference from this for performance is quite scanty?
