So, needing help from experienced or knowledgeable Front-end or Full-stack developers, the question is about the filter property
(example filter: blur(Npx) ) that doesn't work in certain (preferably older versions) of IE (Internet Explorer) ).
A property is needed that allows you to replace or adapt the Filter property (it seems from the modern CSS3 specification) for older versions of IE (Internet Explorer).
